September - Tube geometry and material calculations, begin searching for local vendors and potential discounts on material.

October - Generate CAD frame concepts in Solidworks, modify frames to comply with the official rule book.

November - Simulate frame model under various loads to ensure driver safety in front, side, and rollover collisions. Modify the frame to maintain a factor of safety.

December - Fabrication.

The following budget consists of a breakdown for materials and a new pipe bender and notch unit - bends and notching have been outsourced in the past.
